Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Occasionally we offer promotions such as free shipping — these will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays & Late Deliveries
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the timeframe above, please contact our support team. We’ll investigate with the carrier and work on a resolution quickly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes or brokerage fees when the parcel reaches your country. These charges are determined by your country and are not included in the product/ shipping cost. Please check local customs regulations before ordering.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If the carrier returns your parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
